* Nevermind. *
Well, scratch all that I said about splitting the Crypt into 2 sites, one for porn and one for Revenant; I'm putting them back together, because it's just too unwieldy trying to manage both of them, as separate sites.
Revenant is online and readable by all registered users. Also, my private collection of kinky pics is going back online, also available to all registered users.
Ok, Here's the Deal...
In order to do much of anything here (see/use the forum, contact Carmilla, read Revenant, and pretty much anything else that may come later), y0u need to register (see the link in the login box, in the right column). It doesn't matter if you've already registered once at a Carmilla's Crypt website; that would be the porn version, and is on a different host entirely, and all data was lost at the Crypt's original host (due to some sort of catastrophe) in any case. So if you've visited me before, welcome back, glad to have you, please re-register! If you've just happened upon us, welcome! See below -- no porn here! -- and later, when I have the forum/community stuff activated, no nekkid avatars if you please; this host won't permit it, and so neither may I.
I will be posting a formal Terms/Privacy document eventually, but please be assured that I won't share your email or anything else about you with anyone, unless coerced by force of law. And while it's true we live in the next thing to Big Brother, honestly I find it difficult to believe that anyone would care what a bunch of goth computer geeks may have to say to one another.
I'm still building things, but if you register, you'll find the forum and Revenant links in the top and side menus. More to come...
A Different Sort of Crypt...
You might be wondering how this Crypt, the dot-net version, differs from the main, dot-com version. The most major difference is that you will find no porn here; all the pictures are over at the dot-com crypt. This site is primarily for:
- Revenant, my homo-erotic vampire novel;
- a secure way for Crypt visitors to contact me, without posting my email on the web;
- a place where fans of the "dark side" might "meet and greet" safely.
I will be posting more on that last point soon, but for now, at least the novel is back online, and I can be contacted. Once I install some further scripts, the "dark community" thing can proceed.
